Tub/shower valve replacement completed today. No need to rip out tile or cut open walls.

Replaced a 75 gallon water heater with this nice tankless unit. We also relocated the tankless to be closer to the manablock in order for it work more efficiently. The home had a bathroom that would take almost 10 minutes to get hot water due to how far the manablock was from the water heater. It now takes under 2 minutes to get hot water to that bathroom.
Water service rebuild. Gone is the leak patched with putty. Can easily turn the water on and off to the house now with a new quarter turn ball valve and new garden bib.
New valve install completed today. No longer leaking and with a refreshed look.
