Loreto Somera founded Somera Construction Co Inc in 1977 with the intention of producing high quality work based on integrity, strong willed determination, and honesty. Loreto primarily focused on residential construction delivering customers high quality additions and renovations that included a range of: whole house remodeling, kitchens, and bathrooms. Loreto welcomed the idea of taking on higher caliber projects such as private works locally in the Bay Area, California. Using his professional skill set, Loreto took his company to even more complex projects within the Government sector and internationally that made him exceptionally well known.

Framing on the very critical support column here in lovely Fremont, California. Removed the existing dry rot, termite infested Douglas fir wood frame and replaced it with pressure treated lumber and added a 4 x 6 to support the big beam that’s holding the roof in place.
